Awakening
The movie "Awakening" is a psychological film which in itself gathers the life of a handicapped artist who is completely alone, separated from the world that surrounds him and forgotten by everyone, inserted in his own vicious circle between his wheelchair, the fabrics that he paints and the hamletian dilemma "To be or not to be". Internal concerns from the disability and the loneliness ruin his imagination, artistic creation, dreams and the desire for life and art. In the moment when his only love- the love for art betrayed him, he tries to suicide, just to be released from the spiritual pain which is unbearable. Wanting to jump from a high place he heard a voice, a voice that talks about life, how valuable it is, how beautiful it is, a voice that changes his life direction, a voice that makes him see the world differently. He turns around he goes closer and after the conversation between them he realizes that the person who saved his life is a blind man. The movie ends with the message that a human needs a human, for a little love and attention, life is not perfect but we should appreciate what we have, we should live life.
